  • Plan and coordinate on-site campaigns end-to-end, from readiness reviews through execution to post-test reporting
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, operational, and quality requirements on-site
  • Support customers across the integration lifecycle, from interface definitions through to installation and commissioning
  • Provide technical guidance on installation, operation, and handling, capturing feedback to inform future development
  • Represent Argive with professionalism and technical credibility in customer meetings and reviews
  • Work closely with design, manufacturing, and production to ensure integration requirements are designed in across the product
  • Feed lessons learned back into engineering and manufacturing to drive continuous improvement
  • Help shape Argive's integration capability - processes, tooling, and team structure - as the division scales

Requirements

  • Proven track record in integration of complex hardware systems, within propulsion, aerospace, defence, automotive powertrain, or another comparable high-performance engineering environment
  • Demonstrated ability record of authoring and maintaining high-quality technical documentation - interface control documents, installation and commissioning procedures, test plans, and operational manuals
  • Proven experience leading commissioning, integration, or test campaigns at internal facilities and/or customer sites
  • Excellent stakeholder and customer-facing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to engineers, operators, and senior stakeholders
  • A deep understanding of configuration control, requirements management, and the quality and safety expectations of a regulated engineering environment
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset

Desired skills

  • Experience working in customer sites, interacting side to side with other external engineering teams
  • Exposure in working in a fast-moving environment, with involvement across multiple departments and disciplines
  • Deep understanding of integration challenges across mechanical, electrical, and software domains
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for integration and commissioning in aerospace or automotive sectors
