Job description
We're looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to take ownership of our Salesforce platform, playing a key role in shaping how it supports our organisation now and into the future.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on development with platform ownership, helping to design, build and optimise Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency, automate business processes and enhance the experience of colleagues, foster carers and applicants alike.
Working closely with stakeholders across recruitment, marketing, assessments and carer loyalty teams, you'll develop scalable solutions that support critical business functions, improve user journeys and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. You'll also lead on platform governance, integrations and best practice, ensuring Salesforce remains secure, reliable and aligned with our strategic priorities.
Whether you're developing custom functionality, implementing automation or enhancing reporting and integrations, your expertise will have a direct impact on the way we recruit, support and retain foster carers across the UK.
Requirements
We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong technical background and a passion for creating innovative, scalable solutions.
You'll have proven experience developing and configuring Salesforce, with expertise across Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, automation and platform customisation. You'll be confident managing integrations, maintaining data quality and translating business requirements into practical technical solutions.
You'll be highly organised, proactive and able to build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience supporting business transformation, continuous improvement and platform governance would be highly advantageous.
If you're someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving complex challenges and making a real difference through technology, we'd love to hear from you.
