Job description
As HR Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in our People Strategy transformation project, supporting the day-to-day running, testing, and continuous improvement of our HR systems, ensuring an excellent experience for colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.
Working closely with HR Systems Specialists and third-party support partners, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our SAP SuccessFactors platform, helping to keep our people processes running smoothly and efficiently., * Supporting the ongoing maintenance, configuration, and optimisation of HR systems (including SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Time Off, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, and Learning)

Managing system configuration, user roles, permissions, and data integrity

Partnering with third-party providers to monitor and resolve system issues and defects

Carrying out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for system updates and fixes

Supporting key system activities such as 1). Learning - assignment profiles, training items, waiting lists; 2). Performance - initiating forms and cycles 3). Employee listening surveys; 4). Data uploads and benefits updates

Creating and maintaining user guides, work instructions, and documentation

Supporting training sessions and system adoption initiatives

Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels to resolve issues and improve user experience
Requirements

Experience in HR systems administration (HRIS) for SAP SuccessFactors (essential)

Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with data analysis and reporting (desirable)

Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively

Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (or similar)

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences

A collaborative mindset with strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills

Happy to work onsite 2-3 days per week at our Head Office in Warwick

Salary between £41,000-£47,000 (dependent on experience)
