Job description
Working remotely, you'll play a key role in delivering our Python training portfolio, both virtually and in person, helping learners develop real, practical coding capability. Through live coding sessions, you'll bring concepts to life and ensure learners can confidently apply their skills in real-world environments. Alongside delivery, you'll contribute to the ongoing development of our course portfolio, ensuring our content remains current, relevant, and aligned with industry best practice., In this role, you will deliver StayAhead's Python training courses, using live coding to create engaging, practical learning experiences that build real capability. Alongside delivery, you will design and develop high-quality course materials, modules, and resources, ensuring content remains current and aligned with industry best practice. You'll work with a wide range of learners, tailoring your approach to different skill levels and learning styles to maximise impact. You will also play a key role in evolving and expanding the course portfolio in line with emerging technologies and client needs, while collaborating with external trainers where required. As part of your wider contribution, you'll support business growth by contributing to sales opportunities and proposals, as well as marketing activity through blogs, whitepapers, and case studies that showcase your expertise.

Requirements
You're an experienced Python developer with a passion for helping others build real, practical coding skills. You bring at least two years' hands-on experience in Python, with strong knowledge of key libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Django or Flask.
You have a solid understanding of areas such as data analysis, automation and/or web development, and ideally exposure to a broader technology stack (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, PHP, React, SQL/NoSQL or Linux).
Alongside your technical expertise, you're confident delivering training in a clear, engaging, and structured way. You have experience teaching, training, or facilitating learning, ideally in a technical environment, and bring strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills that enable you to engage diverse audiences. You can break down complex concepts into accessible, practical learning and have experience designing or contributing to training materials, workshops, or learning programmes.
You're personable, adaptable, and commercially aware, able to tailor your delivery to different learning styles and skill levels while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
