  • Data Capture, Processing, and Automation: Support the implementation of structured data capture (text, images, voice transcription, QR codes) and automated report generation to improve consistency, auditability, and efficiency.
  • System Design and Cloud Technologies: lead the deployment and setting-up of cloud-based services for secure data storage, processing, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) delivery.
  • User-Centred Design and Validation: Work closely with inspectors, administrative staff, and academic partners to ensure the system is intuitive, reliable, and suitable for non-technical users operating in field environments.
  • Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Support analysis of inspection and asset data to improve risk assessment consistency, reporting quality, and future product features.
  • Innovation Project Delivery: Act as the technical project lead within the company, coordinating additional feature development activities, contributing to documentation, and supporting product evolution beyond the initial project lifecycle.
