IT Support Analyst

We have an opportunity for an IT Support analyst to join our head office team where you will support all existing and new IT applications, hardware and software used within the Merkur Casino UK group. Log all incidents in the ITSM tool and work with suppliers, customers and the MERKUR group to resolve all issue in a timely manner with a high a degree of accuracy. Effectively communicate with all Merkur Casino UK Ltd. customers., * Liaise with business clients to develop enhancements to key applications, identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.

• Work closely with the MERKUR Group IT Service provider.
• Work as part of a team to support the business IT systems and help to deliver projects to specification, time and budget.
• Conduct requirements analysis and prepare specific proposals for modified or replacement systems.
• Manage small to medium size IT projects involving the implementation or enhancements to existing systems or infrastructure.
• Carry out systems problem analysis, support, report development.
• Liaise with contractors and third-party suppliers.
• Carry out system testing, documentation and end-user training as necessary.
• Supporting users on change control and system updates.
• Site visits are expected from time to time.

• ITIL Certified.
• Have project management skills.
• Able to multitask in a highly complex environment, looking after a variety of IT systems.
