Graduate Design Engineer

We're looking for a Junior Technical Writer / Specifications Technologist to join our established design team and help transform creative concepts into the detailed documentation that powers global manufacturing.

This is a unique opportunity to step into the commercial design world bridging creativity and technical precision while learning from experts across design, engineering, and product compliance.

What you'll be doing

You'll support the creation of the detailed specification packs that ensure our products are made accurately and safely across our international factory network.

• Assist in producing product specification documents using Adobe Creative Suite
• Help create instruction manuals, product labels, and supporting visuals
• Work with designers and engineers to turn ideas into clear, structured documentation
• Support the development of illustrations, photography, and layout for technical materials
• Learn how global compliance, safety standards, and product labelling work in practice
• Contribute to maintaining organised, accurate documentation systems

Are you a design graduate with a passion for detail and a curiosity about how products come to life behind the scenes? Do you want to develop real-world skills while working alongside an experienced design team in a globally recognised, premium brand?, * A degree in Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, or similar

• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator & InDesign)
• An interest in how products are built, documented, and manufactured
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from experienced team members
