Job description
We are seeking talented and motivated Full Stack Software Engineers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to design and implement robust, scalable applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. US Citizenship required for this position; must be able to get a DoD secret clearance and willing to obtain a TS/SCI clearance., * Application Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Implement responsive user interfaces and user experiences across various devices.
- Back-End Development:
- Develop server-side logic, APIs, and database architectures to support application functionality.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security by writing efficient code and conducting code reviews.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in or lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Testing and Debugging:
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle.
- Complete Unit Testing using a framework such as JEST.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development.
- Provide input on architecture and technology choices to improve product performance and development processes.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field., * Senior Engineer Candidates: Minimum of 9 years experience in full stack development, leadership experience a plus.
- Mid Level Engineer candidates: Minimum of 5 years in full stack development.
- In-depth experience in object-oriented application design and development in a multi-tiered environment.
- Experience designing and building systems that are maintainable, evolvable, and thoroughly tested.
- Proven experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., Go, Python, Node.js, Java, or .Rust) and database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
- Documentation as part of the software lifecycle is required. Experience using CMMI standards with strong language skills is a plus. The fullstack engineers work closely with the System Engineering team.
- Experience with Linux administration and Docker is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes would be nice to have.
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience or knowledge with JEST and/or Playwright would be a plus.
- Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Pay: $147,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year, * 401(k)
