Job description

  • Development and coordination of Brokerage Social Media accounts
  • Greet clients, agents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Assist agents with administrative tasks, including document preparation and scheduling.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and common spaces.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Support basic office operations to ensure a seamless workflow.

Requirements

· Proficient in managing and growing brand presence across major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok)

· Skilled in creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for reach and engagement

· Experienced in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and analytics platforms

· Able to tailor messaging to different audiences and platforms while maintaining brand consistency

· Strong understanding of trends, algorithms, and best practices to drive visibility and engagement

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in reception or office administration is a plus.
