Job description

Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? We're seeking a Customer Care Technical Support Representative to join our team supporting patients using innovative cardiac monitoring technology. This is a fully onsite position in Pleasanton, CA, where you'll provide exceptional customer support while assisting patients with equipment troubleshooting and replacement orders.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer inbound and outbound patient support calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Assist patients with technical troubleshooting and replacement equipment orders.
  • Accurately document calls and enter data using company systems and processes.
  • Protect patient information while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with patients.
  • Collaborate with clinical, IT, and field teams to ensure excellent patient support.
  • Provide professional, empathetic customer service with every interaction.
  • Complete required training and phone mentoring to build technical knowledge.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service, technical support, call center, healthcare, or operational support experience preferred.
  • Candidates with an Associate degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Medical or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong computer skills and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask while handling phone conversations, documentation, and system navigation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during high call volumes.
  • Reliable, accountable, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
