Job description
Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? We're seeking a Customer Care Technical Support Representative to join our team supporting patients using innovative cardiac monitoring technology. This is a fully onsite position in Pleasanton, CA, where you'll provide exceptional customer support while assisting patients with equipment troubleshooting and replacement orders.
What You'll Do:
- Answer inbound and outbound patient support calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Assist patients with technical troubleshooting and replacement equipment orders.
- Accurately document calls and enter data using company systems and processes.
- Protect patient information while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with patients.
- Collaborate with clinical, IT, and field teams to ensure excellent patient support.
- Provide professional, empathetic customer service with every interaction.
- Complete required training and phone mentoring to build technical knowledge.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service, technical support, call center, healthcare, or operational support experience preferred.
- Candidates with an Associate degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Medical or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.
- Strong computer skills and technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask while handling phone conversations, documentation, and system navigation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high call volumes.
- Reliable, accountable, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
