Job description

We're hiring a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced luxury real estate marketing team. You will drive our brand by creating stunning print and digital deliverables, executing ad campaigns, and producing polished photo and video content for social media.

In addition to graphic design and marketing support, this role will assist with the coordination, scheduling, and day-to-day management of the brokerage's social media presence.

The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with efficiency, time management, and understands current social media trends (while maintaining a consistent luxury brand voice across platforms).

Responsibilities

  • Create on-brand website content and social media posts
  • Capture content at properties to create engaging photo/video content
  • Create, manage, and launch e-mail blast campaigns
  • Assist with the design and production of digital and print advertisements
  • Edit pre-existing video footage for multichannel use
  • Photo editing and retouching
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor social media content while ensuring consistency with the company's luxury brand standards
  • Capture, edit, and produce engaging photo and video content for social media campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 3-5+ years of professional graphic design or marketing experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working directly with clients, presenting ideas, and managing feedback professionally
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
  • Must be based in the Greater Los Angeles area
  • This is a full-time, in-office position
