JOB SUMMARY As Enterprise Brand Manager, you will own a focused portfolio of Pitted's largest and most strategically important client accounts. Rather than spreading across a wide book of business, you will go deep on a small number of high-stakes relationships, serving as the senior strategic lead who navigates complex client organizations, large budgets, and multi-stakeholder decision-making. This role is built for someone who has earned the trust to run an agency's flagship accounts and who measures success by depth of partnership and quality of outcomes. You'll develop and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies across Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce channels, lead cross-functional initiatives, and deliver measurable growth for brands that expect a high bar., * Own a focused portfolio of the agency's largest, most complex, and highest-priority accounts, prioritizing depth and quality of partnership over volume.
- Serve as the senior strategic lead and primary point of contact for enterprise clients, building trusted relationships across multiple stakeholders, from brand and category teams up to executive leadership.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketplace strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and brand visibility across Amazon, Walmart, and other channels.
- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations, including SEO, content optimization, promotions, and inventory planning, while partnering closely with the advertising team, who handle the technical execution of PPC and DSP.
- Navigate the complexity of large client organizations, aligning competing priorities and keeping initiatives moving across cross-functional internal and external teams.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating them into clear, actionable strategy for senior client audiences.
- Lead executive-level communication, including business reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions, both written and verbal.
- Support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Deep, hands-on e-commerce account management experience, ideally including Amazon, with a meaningful portion in an agency setting.
- A track record of leading an agency's largest, most strategic, or most demanding accounts, ideally as the entrusted lead on flagship client relationships.
- Experience managing large, complex brands (mid-market to enterprise), with sizable revenue and ad budgets.
- Comfort operating with senior and executive client stakeholders, including C-suite and brand leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into an executive-ready strategy.
- Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, and the broader advertising ecosystem.
- Exceptional client management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex, high-stakes engagements with many moving parts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
