Design develop and maintain highquality Java applications using core Java features and Spring frameworks Build scalable backend services leveraging Java and Spring technologies Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and understand requirements Ensure application performance security and scalability Write clean reusable and maintainable code adhering to coding standards Stay updated with emerging Java and Spring technologies and industry trends Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to technical documentation
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the development of Java applications within the JAVASPRING ecosystem Collaborate with product owners and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development testing and production environments Support continuous integration and continuous deployment CICD pipelines Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance Work closely with DevOps teams to optimize deployment and cloud infrastructure Drive innovation by recommending new tools and technologies to enhance development efficiency
