ERP Specialist

The ERP Specialist is responsible for the strategic design, configuration, administration, and optimization of the IFS Cloud ERP environment. A particular focus will be on manufacturing and supply chain functions, including the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) module.

What You'll Do

• Drive requirements gathering with business stakeholders to design robust solutions across modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, and Warehousing.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement capabilities, features, and enhancements to support business growth and process improvements.
• Manage IFS integrations with third-party applications including PLM.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and data mappings.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the IFS Cloud environment, including user account management, permissions, and security roles.
• Partner with other Signia Aerospace ERP specialists to apply lessons learned across ERP environments.
• Provide support to business units in investigating unexpected outputs with underlying log data and reports.
• Collaborate with the system implementer (vendor) on advanced customizations and large-scale implementations.
• Support reporting and business analytics.

• 3+ years of experience implementing, administering, or serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for large ERP platforms (preferably IFS Cloud) in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in both solution architecture and system administration roles for ERP platforms.
• Strong background in ERP integrations, particularly with PLM.
• Experience with custom report generation through SQL queries and other data analytics tools.
