Job description

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365, warehouse technology, networking, and end-user computing devices. They possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues before they impact business operations., Technical Support

  • Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, software, and peripheral equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and replace IT equipment as needed.
  • Document support requests and coordinate issue resolution with vendors and MSPs.

Systems & Network Support

  • Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet connectivity, and network devices.
  • Assist with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and user account administration.
  • Support virtual servers, Hyper-V environments, and business-critical applications.

Warehouse Technology

  • Assist with warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping systems, and warehouse network infrastructure.

Security & Asset Management

  • Support cybersecurity initiatives, endpoint protection, patch management, and physical security systems.
  • Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and equipment deployment.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware, software, licenses, and technology assets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT support, help desk, or systems support experience.
  • Experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Experience working with MSPs and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPNs, switching, routing).
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and WMS systems preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service.
