Job description

We are seeking an on-site highly skilled and detail-oriented Information Technology (IT) ERP Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with databases, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, including their plugin application administration, as well as experience in managing Microsoft products and services, servers, and providing IT support. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's technology infrastructure and supporting business operations., * ERP, CRM & Business Applications: Install, configure, administer, troubleshoot, upgrade, and optimize ERP, CRM, and other enterprise business applications. Manage integrations, plugin applications, workflows, user security, and related server environments to support business operations.

  • Database Management: Administer organizational databases, maintain data integrity, perform backups and recovery, optimize database performance, and support SQL queries and reporting initiatives.
  • Applications Systems and service Administration (ERP, CRM, Microsoft, NetSuite): Monitor system performance, ensuring system availability and reliability. Apply patches and updates to maintain security and compliance standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate system documentation, configuration records, standard operating procedures, and technical knowledge bases. Document system changes, integrations, and support activities.
  • Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions using ERP reporting tools, SQL, Power BI, and other reporting platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, ensure data accuracy, and provide actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their technological needs and recommend and implement IT solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in managing databases, including installation, backup, recovery, and optimization.
  • 7 years of experience with ERP and CRM systems, including system implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and supporting plugin application administration.
  • 5 years of experience working with hosted applications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, etc.) and server environments (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022).
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft SQL server, and other Microsoft products and services
  • Experience developing SQL queries, stored procedures, and database reporting.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Experience leading ERP implementation or large-scale enterprise software projects.
  • Experience coordinating third-party vendors and managed service providers.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint, Teams, and related Microsoft services.
  • Strong understanding of business processes including Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Inventory, Distribution, and Customer Service.
  • Knowledge of networking principles and security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP and CRM applications such as NetSuite, Business Central, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, VMware).

REST APIs and system integrations

Experience working in manufacturing or distribution environments
