Job description
Education: Bachelors' Degree required, Masters' degree preferred Outcomes: The successful candidate is expected to accomplish the following outcomes:

Develop visualization/web applications for mission critical projects.

Design and develop visualization/web applications contributing to all aspects of the product development and release life cycle.

Develop visualization/web applications based on principles and methodologies of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA). Responsibilities: Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: The Headquarters United States Space Force (HQ USSF) and the Director of Staff (HQSF/DS) require assistance in organizational planning, implementation, maturation, and strengthening of the HQ Space Force. To further the process of developing HQ USSF, it needs to develop a "virtual infrastructure" to transition the HQ USSF to full operational capacity. To build this virtual infrastructure, Space Force needs a developer that can:

Build, test, implement, and maintain information management structures and related applications to HQSF

Ensure compliance with HQSF built and utilized Information Systems with applicable federal, DoD, and Department of the Air Force regulations

Follow privacy and security standards outlined by USSF
-
Support "form services", custom reporting, custom workflow development, PowerApps, Power Automation, and applicable fixes

Maintain Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) standards on the HQSF Site Collection

Aid in designing and customizing solutions on various platforms to support HQSF

Ensure HQSF audits are performed on a bi-weekly basis

Oversee architectural design and integration content management, portals, updates, collaboration, business processes, and other solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years' experience applying analytical and evaluative techniques for the identification, consideration, and resolution of program related issues and problems.
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in SharePoint Development and capabilities
- Demonstrated experience with Knowledge Management (KM) principles, concepts, systems, and tools.
- Experience with configuration management concepts and life cycle management concepts.
- Knowledge of methods and procedures for documenting problem analysis and resolutions sufficient to maintain records of activities.
- Knowledge of Military organizations, and especially the Headquarters of the US Space Force and Headquarters, Air Force.
- Ability to work on high-visibility and mission critical taskings independently.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
- JavaScript, the main programming language used to develop the USSF Governance Solutions
- Have knowledge of AngularJS, HTML and CSS for editing and changing applications
- SharePoint Content Editor (CE) webpart proficiency
