We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our innovative team. - Develop interactive dashboards and reports with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other visualization platforms to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Design and optimize database structures using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and database design principles to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes with Talend or similar tools to integrate data from multiple sources seamlessly.
- Collaborate within Agile project management frameworks to plan, execute, and deliver data-driven solutions on time.
- Support the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for analytics projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Conduct business analysis by translating operational needs into technical specifications and actionable insights.
- Utilize scripting languages such as VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and Python for automation and data manipulation tasks.
- Engage in Linked Data initiatives to enhance data connectivity across platforms for richer insights.
- Create comprehensive documentation using Visio or similar tools for database design and process workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis with strong skills in SQL programming and analysis techniques.
- Proficiency with visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
- Solid understanding of database design principles and experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Talend or equivalent data integration solutions.
- Knowledge of programming languages like R, Python, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell) for scripting and automation purposes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices to coordinate multiple initiatives effectively.
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to interpret operational needs into technical solutions.
- Experience working within SDLC frameworks ensuring quality delivery of analytics projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly across diverse teams.
