Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic software engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of robust backend systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. • Design system architecture for scalable distributed systems utilizing microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate UI components built with React, Angular, or other frameworks, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Implement and optimize database solutions using SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server) and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and reliability across the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Apply Agile software development methodologies to deliver iterative improvements efficiently.
• Utilize version control tools such as GitHub, SVN, or TFS for source code management and support CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Participate in system design discussions using UML diagrams and contribute to application architecture planning for scalability and performance.
• Develop web services using SOAP, RESTful APIs, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), and other protocols to facilitate data exchange across distributed systems.
• Maintain documentation of system design, technical specifications, and operational procedures following best practices.

• Proven experience in Java development with a strong understanding of OOP principles and application design patterns.
• Hands-on expertise with web development frameworks including Spring Boot, MVC architecture, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js or Angular frameworks.
• Experience working with cloud services such as AWS or Azure for deploying scalable applications.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, distributed computing concepts, and system design for high availability.
• Strong knowledge of database design principles along with experience in SQL (T-SQL), PL/SQL or similar query languages.
• Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or TFS.
• Ability to develop RESTful APIs and web services using SOAP or WCF protocols for enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker is a plus; experience with Linux environments is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on debugging complex issues efficiently within large-scale systems.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams in an Agile environment while documenting technical solutions clearly.
