NET Developer - BI Analyst

• Design, develop, test, and maintain secure web and desktop applications using C#, ASP.NET, and the Microsoft .NET Framework.
• Build and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline election-related business processes and workflows.
• Develop and maintain Power BI/SSRS dashboards and reports to support election operations, compliance, and executive decision-making.
• Design, optimize, and manage SQL Server databases, stored procedures, data models, and system integrations.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with internal and external election systems.
• Implement secure coding practices, role-based access controls, encryption, and ensure compliance with government IT security standards.
• Support critical election systems, including voter registration, ballot tracking, candidate filing, poll worker management, and election night reporting.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform system enhancements, and maintain technical documentation and version control.
• Collaborate with election officials, IT teams, and vendors to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide operational support during election cycles, including system monitoring, issue resolution, and participation in modernization initiatives.

• 10+ years of professional experience in .NET application development, Microsoft Power Platform, and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions is required.
• This is a hybrid position based in Richardson, TX, requiring candidates to work onsite three (3) days per week.
• This is a 12-month contract with the potential to convert to a full-time direct hire based on performance and business needs.
• Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders.
