Job description
The Electronics Technician will play a vital role in our Maintenance Department. Will perform a wide range of duties including: operating, troubleshooting and maintaining the production software, hardware and database management for multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Computer Science Engineering and Electronics. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of managing SQL databases and network installations. The Electronics Technician will also be responsible for diagnosing malfunctions, performing tests, and following technical manuals to ensure proper functioning of equipment., * Perform periodic analysis of hardware and software, using available technology and testing tools.
- Installing and repairing electronic equipment.
- Aligning and calibrating cables and wiring.
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress.
- Estimate damage and calculate the cost of materials.
- Test system functionality and analyze data.
- Repair malfunctions in circuitry and other system structures.
- Read and comprehend complex manuals and diagrams.
- Update reports and maintain inventory.
- Collaborate with engineers and the maintenance team on technical tasks.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases, and tools for electronic repairs.
- Skilled in Control Systems with basic electrical skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving in a fast pace environment.
- Must be process driven, analytical, and possess strong technical knowledge.
- Advanced knowledge of databases and network management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish (Preferred).
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field preferred.
