Job description
Oversee the docketing database/calendar for the Intellectual Property Group.
- Review and process USPTO communications and filings for accuracy.
- Enter critical deadlines into the system for all incoming IP correspondence.
- Maintain up-to-date information on both U.S./foreign case records.
- Keep informed of both domestic and international IP rules and procedures.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IP docketing.
- Experience with patents, trademarks, copyrights, and TTAB preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with Foundation IP docketing software is advantageous.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
