Job description

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, learn enterprise systems, develop technical solutions, and contribute to projects that have a direct impact on the business. What You'll Do
- Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of business applications and reports
- Support ERP, manufacturing, warehouse, and supply chain systems
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
- Troubleshoot software, data, and system issues
- Create and maintain SQL queries, reports, and dashboards
- Work with end users to gather requirements and provide technical support
- Document system processes, workflows, and technical solutions
- Participate in software implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- Help maintain data integrity across multiple business systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, C#, Java, Python, or similar
- Understanding of databases and data structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Internship, project, or coursework experience in programming, data analysis, or systems support is a plus, * Familiarity with ERP systems or manufacturing environments
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or Crystal Reports
- Knowledge of business process improvement concepts
