Job description
- Support data center systems in a 24/7 environment
- Monitor operating systems, servers, and applications
- Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues using defined procedures
- Execute daily operational tasks (processing, file transfers, system checks)
- Follow IT best practices, checklists, and security standards
- Escalate and coordinate issues as needed
- Document system activity and updates accurately
- Support testing, maintenance, and operational tasks
- Assist with training and knowledge sharing when needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- IT or technical certifications preferred
- Linux experience preferred
