Technical Program Manager in Naperville

We need a TPM profile with an experience of 15 years. Please help with profiles. Below is the JD.

• Thrive in fast paced environment

• Need someone who has experience working as a TPM for at least 5-10 years and can hit the ground running

• Overall experience: 10-15 years supporting Software Development, and at least 3-4 years in Digital particularly mobile

• We support initiatives in the digital engineering group - mobile work is heavy than web

• Highly accountable (strong sense of ownership) to plan, track, report and control all aspects of program management

• Drive all the work across multiple teams - from estimation to post prod support

• Self-starter to lead initiatives but work as part of a TPM team understanding expectations

• SDLC: Agile and Kanban

• Tools: Advanced skills in Jira, Excel, Power Point, Confluence

• Ability to quickly learn: Telemetry and observability tools (New Relic, Grafana, Splunk, Quantum metric etc.)

• Work closely with product managers, other TPMs, engineering managers, tech leads and engineers - working across team of teams

• Bachelor's degree in engineering - Computer Science or related
