IAM Operations Engineer

We are seeking a IAM Operations Engineer to support enterprise cloud infrastructure, automation, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, Active Directory, and cloud monitoring, with experience maintaining secure, reliable, and highly available production environments., * Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure and production environments.

• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation.

• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git.

• Administer Active Directory and identity management solutions.

• Monitor infrastructure using Splunk, New Relic, or Datadog and proactively resolve issues.

• Perform infrastructure automation, vulnerability remediation, and operational support.

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure reliability and security.

• Experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Operations.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS.

• Experience with AWS CloudFormation, Jenkins, and Git.

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and IAM.

• Experience with Splunk, New Relic, or Datadog.

• Strong understanding of cloud security, vulnerability remediation, and production support.
