Job description
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, passionate & detail-oriented PT Real Estate Database Manager to join our experinced real estate team. Your main role will be to learn a new system, manage & grow one of our most valuable assests of our real estate business, our CRM. This adminstrative position will be a loyal team member who actively generates business, not just maintaining records., * Become the expert in our CRM database platform, Brivity.
- Maintain a clean, accurate, and complete database with 100% contact information whenever possible.
- Monitor and improve data quality through regular audits, validation routines, and automated data quality monitoring systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Create & manage automated action plans, follow-up campaigns & workflows.
- Identify opportunites withing our database for our agents, including past clients, sphere, referrals, nurtures and prospective buyers & sellers.
- Provide leadership in database management best practices, including database design, analysis skills development, and leadership.
- Track database growth & report key performance metrics.

Requirements
- Proven experience working with Brivity, Follow Up Boss, or other CRM platforms along with knowledge of email marketing and automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability in data model design, data collection strategies, and warehouse architecture tailored for real estate assets.
- Extremely organized and open to learning a new system which you will work in everyday.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards related to data governance within the real estate industry.
- Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration across departments while driving innovative solutions in data management.
