Job description
- Provide cybersecurity support in accordance with DoDI 8500.01.
- Recommend cyber activities, including techniques, packets, and mission partner responsibilities.
- Brief the government on cybersecurity issues and recommendations as requested.
- Facilitate and support cybersecurity working groups, IPTs, and related meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, presentations, and action items.
- Maintain awareness and manage program Authority to Operate, Authority to Test, Authority to Connect, and Interim Authorities.
- Support cyber testing and assessment activities, documenting findings and corrective actions per the Federal Information Security Management Act.
- Develop draft intelligence requirements and staffing packages.
- Advise on intelligence reports and translate program requirements into intelligence needs.
- Recommend courses of action to support mission-related activities.
- Identify and translate vulnerabilities and deficiencies from intelligence products into technical requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage intelligence product schedules.
- Support the program manager in evaluating tradeoffs between cost, schedule, and performance using acquisition and intelligence community standards., This position does not supervise the work of others.
Requirements
- Experience analyzing and evaluating current events, and providing recommendations to the Unit leadership to help assure continuity of activities and processing of security requirements are effectively integrated through security architecture, design, development, and configuration
- Knowledgeable on organization and execution of contingency planning, testing, and validation for all aspects of information systems security
- Expertise in providing continuous assessment of mission effectiveness, identification and analysis of the external threat environment for impacts on mission effectivity and future requirements. Experience researching, evaluating, and reporting the current and evolving threat
- Ability to enhance current operations and development activities by synergistically migrating assessments and ideas within the Intelligence Community/DoD community
- Experience accessing multiple sources and experts/agencies
- Experience performing oversight of the development, implementation, and evaluation of information system security program policy with special emphasis on integration of existing SAP network infrastructures
- Expertise in development and execution of analysis of network security, based on risk management framework with emphasis on Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide authorization process
- This position requires an SME Recognized Industry Leader.
- A BA/BS degree is required., Must be able to operate a computer and other standard office equipment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, 80%.

BTAS adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
SALARY RANGE: $188,000 - $191,000 Annual Salary
