Job description

An organization undergoing significant operational strain within its IT function is seeking a Senior Endpoint Administrator to bring structure, stability, and scalability to its end-user computing environment. The Senior Endpoint Administrator will take a hands-on role in improving endpoint readiness, modernizing onboarding and offboarding processes, and establishing consistent operational standards. This Senior Endpoint Administrator position is designed for a professional who can step into a complex environment, assess gaps quickly, and deliver measurable improvements through disciplined execution and technical expertise., * Evaluate current endpoint management practices and resolve inefficiencies impacting deployment and user readiness (40%)

  • Redesign and implement onboarding and offboarding workflows, including account provisioning and device lifecycle management (30%)
  • Build standardized documentation, systems, and operational procedures to improve reliability and consistency (20%)
  • Serve as a technical escalation point while supporting team development and accountability (10%)

Core Functions

  • Manage and enhance endpoint environments across Windows devices
  • Strengthen utilization of tools within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Establish role-based configurations and improve access management practices
  • Create clear, maintainable technical documentation and process workflows
  • Identify recurring technical issues and implement long-term solutions

Requirements

  • Proven background as a Senior Endpoint Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong expertise in endpoint management and Intune
  • Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365 platforms and identity management
  • Experience improving onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning
  • Ability to diagnose root causes and drive resolution
  • Strong communication skills with a high level of ownership and follow-through

Preferred:

  • Experience improving underperforming or inconsistent IT operations
  • Exposure to SharePoint or process-driven system improvements
  • Prior experience mentoring or guiding technical teams

Work Environment

  • Onsite presence required in the Greater Denver Area
  • Structured full-time schedule, Monday through Friday
  • High-visibility role with a focus on accountability and measurable outcomes, The Senior Endpoint Administrator will be successful by quickly understanding the environment, improving consistency in delivery, and demonstrating measurable improvements in endpoint performance and support quality. A strong Senior Endpoint Administrator will create sustainable systems that reduce repeat work and increase operational efficiency.
