Job description

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-wide programs spanning data, applications, and infrastructure
  • Drive program planning, governance, execution, and delivery aligned to strategic business objectives
  • Establish structured program frameworks including timelines, resource planning, financial tracking, and reporting
  • Provide executive-level insights into program health, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
  • Oversee technical delivery across architecture, engineering, and data teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions
  • Drive data modernization initiatives including warehousing, integration, and enterprise data platform enablement
  • Ensure alignment with data governance, quality, lifecycle, and compliance frameworks
  • Facilitate integration of legacy systems into modern cloud and hybrid ecosystems
  • Establish program governance aligned with PMO standards, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance across program workstreams
  • Serve as a key liaison between business, technology, and risk/compliance teams
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and communication across all levels of the organization
  • Lead continuous improvement in delivery practices, methodologies, and team performance
  • Support successful transition to operations with change management, training, and support teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise programs or large-scale technology initiatives
  • Proven success delivering data transformation, data platform, or complex application programs
  • Strong background within financial services (wealth management, asset management, banking, or similar)
  • Expertise in program governance, financial management, and risk mitigation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage executive stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of data architecture concepts and enterprise system integration
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modernization initiatives
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and enterprise PMO platforms
  • Exposure to wealth management platforms or financial data ecosystems
  • Experience supporting enterprise architecture governance
  • Background managing globally distributed or multi-vendor teams

Education & Certifications You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, or related certifications preferred
