Job description
The Test Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing testing strategies to ensure product performance and quality across hardware and software platforms. This role requires a strong technical foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support production and service operations., Plan, implement, and execute comprehensive testing strategies for new and existing products Develop and configure test systems, including software downloads, pre-burn, run-in, and post-burn testing processes Define and implement test equipment, fixtures, and configurations Create detailed test plans, specifications, and procedures Analyze test results and document findings, including writing error and failure reports Verify and validate new test processes, customer bundles, and system configurations prior to deployment Manage test suites and configuration control processes Collaborate with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure quality and efficiency Provide training and technical support related to testing processes and systems, The Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdf

Requirements
Experience in test planning, implementation, and execution within a hardware/software environment Strong understanding of product testing, validation, and quality assurance processes Hands-on experience with test equipment, fixtures, and system configurations Ability to write clear test documentation, specifications, and reports Familiarity with configuration management and test suite maintenance Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
