Instead, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with ERP systems, coordinating customer orders, managing inventory, purchasing materials, communicating with suppliers and customers, and helping build efficient business processes in a growing, new company.
You will spend the majority of your day working in our ERP system, supporting procurement, inventory planning, customer order fulfillment, manufacturing coordination, and supply chain operations.

What You'll Do
Customer Order Management
- Process customer purchase orders within the ERP system.
- Confirm customer orders and delivery dates.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate customer order changes, schedule adjustments, and product availability.
- Work collaboratively with customers to resolve supply issues while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Serve as a primary operational contact for customer inquiries.
ERP Administration
- Process inventory transactions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Create and maintain product and SKU information.
- Process purchase orders and receipts.
- Generate operational reports.
- Maintain customer and supplier information.
- Ensure ERP data remains accurate and current.
Procurement & Supply Chain
- Create purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment.
- Support purchasing activities for production and customer requirements.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Assist with supplier onboarding.
Inventory Planning
- Monitor inventory across multiple warehouse locations.
- Coordinate transfers between warehouse locations.
- Identify inventory shortages before they impact customers.
- Assist with inventory forecasting.
- Support production planning by ensuring required materials are available.
Manufacturing Coordination
- Work closely with manufacturing partners.
- Coordinate raw material availability.
- Monitor production schedules.
- Resolve material shortages.
- Support toll manufacturing activities.
Process Improvement
- Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support ISO quality initiatives.
- Assist with document control.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help build scalable operational processes for a growing organization., * Working in ERP systems throughout the day.
- Solving customer problems.
- Coordinating multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Communicating with customers, suppliers, accounting, manufacturing, and sales.

Requirements
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Supply Chain & ERP Operations Specialist to join our growing organization., * Experience working extensively within an ERP system.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating customer orders from order entry through shipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing demands.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
- Comfortable spending the majority of the workday working on a computer.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory planning.
- Procurement or purchasing experience.
- Manufacturing support experience.
- Supply chain coordination experience.
- ERP systems experience such as Chempax, SAP, Oracle, Deacom, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar systems.
- Experience with ISO quality systems.
- Experience supporting multiple warehouse locations.
- Experience working in a growing or startup environment., * ERP systems: 3 years (Required)
