We are looking for a problem solver, someone who thinks like a technology detective, and refuses to leave an issue half-fixed.
Your job is to understand the clients' real issues and get them running quickly, communicate clearly, find the real cause, document what happened, and make the client feel confident that they are in good hands.
You will work with a strong technical team, a Service Manager who keeps the board moving, and AI/automation tools that help us troubleshoot faster, document better, and prevent repeat problems.
This is a great role for someone who loves technology, cares about people, wants to keep growing, and takes pride in being the person who figures things out.
What you will do
- Support clients remotely and onsite
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networks, VPN, firewalls, wireless, and business applications
- Ask good questions and listen before jumping to conclusions
- Check history, notes, devices, and past tickets before working an issue
- Own the client experience, even when a ticket needs escalation
- Document your work clearly so the next person understands what happened
- Use AI, automation, and internal tools to solve problems faster and improve service
- Spot recurring issues and help prevent them from coming back
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of IT support experience
- Are strong with Windows desktop support, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking
- Talk to clients in a confident, professional, human way that gets great reviews
- Competitive and love solving problems
- Care about doing the work the right way
- Want to keep learning and improving
- Leverage documentation and Ai tools
- Have a valid driver's license
- MSP experience is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, * Health insurance
