Network Solutions Architect in Orange County

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Network Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will partner with account executives, engineers, and customers to deliver technical expertise across pre-sales, solution design, and post-sales implementation.

You will design and deploy customized infrastructure, networking, and cloud solutions that meet client needs while ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction., Pre-Sales Support

• Partner with sales teams to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions
• Design and present technical architectures, demos, and proposals
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions

Solution Design & Configuration

• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications
• Design and configure hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions
• Implement networking, server, security, and infrastructure environments

Implementation & Technical Support

• Perform installation, setup, and post-sales support
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers and vendor partners

Quality & Documentation

• Ensure technical deliverables meet quality, performance, and security standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and implementations
• Provide regular updates on project status and customer feedback

Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams
• Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 10+ years of experience in a technical engineering or solutions role

• Strong experience with enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, and systems integration

• Experience with customer-facing technical engagements

• Certifications (e.g. Juniper, Cisco, F5, Palo Alto Networks)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewall, wireless concepts

• Background in VAR, systems integrator, or similar environments

• Experience in sales engineering or technical consulting, * Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
