Information Technology Manager

The Information Technology Manager (IT) is responsible for overseeing the IT department's daily operations, managing the organization's technology infrastructure, and ensuring the secure and efficient functioning of all IT systems. This role involves strategic planning and resource management, to support the company's technological needs. • Stay current with emerging security threats and industry best practices.

• Experience in managing IT help desk operations and handling IT tickets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Power Shell scripting
• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Troubleshooting of application and network problems.
