Job description

TAT Technologies Tulsa Site serves as the company's center of excellence for heat transfer manufacturing and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services. The site supports commercial, regional, rotary-wing, and military aircraft customers worldwide, providing high quality solutions that enhance aircraft performance, reliability, and mission readiness.

We are seeking a Business Intelligence & AI Integration Manager to lead TAT Tulsa's data intelligence strategy and driving the adoption of AI tools and automation across the facility. This role owns the intersection of AI integration, business analytics, and SIOP execution, turning data into decisions and technology into competitive advantage.

The ideal candidate is a practitioner who understands AI tools deeply, communicates insights clearly to non-technical audiences, and has the drive to build a data-driven culture from the inside out.

Responsibilities

AI Integration & Transformation

  • Serve as TAT Tulsa's internal AI champion, identifying, evaluating, piloting, and deploying AI tools that improve operational performance across Supply Chain, Finance, Production, and Quality
  • Build the internal business case for AI investment, defining expected ROI and presenting recommendations to site and group leadership
  • Connect and structure disparate data sources to create the clean, reliable data foundation that AI tools require to function effectively
  • Drive automation of manual reporting and repetitive analytical processes, freeing the leadership team to focus on higher-value work
  • Enable and train other functions to use AI tools effectively, building capability across the organization, not just within one team
  • Monitor the AI landscape for tools and applications relevant to aerospace manufacturing and MRO, and bring forward recommendations proactively
  • Partner with IT and Group resources to ensure AI tools are implemented securely and in alignment with company standards

Business Intelligence & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualizations that give leadership real-time visibility into site performance across revenue, delivery, quality, and cost
  • Partner with FP&A on financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting inputs that inform site P&L management
  • Support Supply Chain with demand planning, material availability analysis, and inventory optimization
  • Collaborate with Production to build data-driven insights around throughput, capacity utilization, and constraint identification
  • Prepare and present performance reports including analysis of deviations from plan and actionable recommendations for senior leadership
  • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the business

SIOP & Operations Planning

  • Lead the SIOP planning cycle including monthly and weekly meetings to review forecasts, inventory levels, and production schedules
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to align supply and demand and develop effective planning strategies
  • Analyze historical sales data and market trends to generate accurate forecasts and identify potential issues
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust strategies as necessary to keep the business aligned
  • Work with production and procurement teams to develop and maintain production schedules that meet forecasted demand
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, CBAP, or PMI-PBA preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in analytics, SIOP, FP&A support, or operations planning preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
  • Experience building AI platforms, automation tools, and machine learning applications relevant to manufacturing and supply chain
  • Proficiency in Microsoft platforms, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and SIOP tools (Pentagon 2000 experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to modernize legacy IT platforms and migrate them to modern technology solutions
  • Knowledge of defense contractor compliance requirements and processes (GCC High, CMMC, DFARS, ITAR, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data to non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and drive initiatives through to completion
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization
