Job description
As the Data & AI Product Product Owner - Enterprise Chatbot , you will own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and delivery of Opella's enterprise chatbot platform. You will sit at the intersection of AI/ML innovation and business transformation , driving the deployment of intelligent conversational solutions that enhance employee and customer experiences across the organization., Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the product roadmap for the enterprise chatbot, aligned with Opella's digital transformation strategy.
- Translate business needs into clear, outcome-focused product requirements.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs to enhance chatbot capabilities.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Digital, GBS, P&C, Finance, Legal, Operations) to gather requirements and ensure adoption.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Champion the chatbot product internally, driving engagement and change management.
Delivery & Execution
- Lead agile product development cycles , from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement.
- Define KPIs and success metrics to measure chatbot performance, user satisfaction, and business impact.
- Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and compliant with data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.).
Data & AI Governance
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI/ML teams to ensure high-quality training data and model performance.
- Promote responsible AI practices , including fairness, transparency, and explainability.
- Monitor chatbot analytics and drive continuous optimization based on data insights.
Leadership & Culture

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in AI/Data products .
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade chatbot or conversational AI solutions .
- Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs (e.g., GPT), and AI/ML product lifecycle .
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in data analytics and ability to translate data insights into product decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock
- Background in consumer healthcare, or FMCG industries.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and AI ethics principles.
- Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, or enterprise HR/IT platforms as chatbot integration targets.
