Job description
You'll be part of a dynamic support team, providing day-to-day assistance to plant operators across the manufacturing process. This is a hands-on role where you'll be resolving system issues, supporting users, and working closely with software developers and operational teams., * Managing and resolving multiple support queries from plant operators
- Identifying and troubleshooting data issues within control systems
- Reporting root causes of problems to software development teams
- Supporting end-users in the effective use of applications
- Working collaboratively with personnel across all levels of the site
Requirements
- Experience with Oracle Database / SQL within a working environment (1+year)
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to read source code (e.g. PL/SQL, C)

Reliable, with strong attention to detail and attendance

Happy to undergo BPSS security clearance prior to starting, and to be enhanced to SC whilst in assignments.

Interest in software systems within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Willingness to learn and develop within a technical support role
