• Executing manual test cases and test scenarios to validate software functionality
• Identifying, documenting and reporting defects with clear steps to reproduce
• Collaborating with developers and product teams to understand requirements and test coverage needs
• Participating in test planning and strategy discussions for assigned projects
• Performing regression testing to ensure fixes and updates do not introduce new issues
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of test documentation and test cases

• Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

• Exposure to automated testing frameworks or scripting languages
• Experience in Agile or iterative development environments
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices
• Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools
• Certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent
