Job description
We're looking for a User Fulfilment Specialist to maintain the seamless functionality of our IT services and make a significant contribution to our organisation's success., As a User Fulfilment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the prompt execution of administrative duties, aiding both the team's and the firm's overall success by facilitating efficient user fulfilment and on-boarding processes. To deliver comprehensive service to our internal clients, each team member is expected to be present in our Nottingham office for at least three days each week.
What you'll be doing
- Working closely with the People Services and Recruitment teams to ensure the successful on- and off-boarding of all new joiners and leavers, including the creation and removal of all user accounts and devices across the firm.
- Managing the User Fulfilment team ticket queue, handling incoming requests in a timely and professional manner whilst delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and a courteous approach throughout the fulfilment process.
Working closely with other IT team members and departments to ensure a positive user experience, acting as a champion for continuous service improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise, automate and enhance service delivery
Requirements
- Experience of user account administration within Active Directory and Exchange Online, along with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users clearly and concisely.
- A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service, with a patient and empathetic approach to user interactions, proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks under pressure, and a collaborative mindset that contributes to a positive team environment.
