Creative Ecommerce Specialist

Warren James is on the lookout for a Creative Ecommerce Specialist with a genuine passion for online retail., * Create engaging visual and written content for our website and associated digital marketing channels.

• Develop and optimize creative content for ecommerce platforms (product pages, banners, landing pages)
• Assist in maximising online sales and driving traffic to the various ecommerce channels
• Assist in product photography and photo retouching
• Develop a sound knowledge of our jewellery
• Carry out general day to day administrative duties

• Proven creative experience gained in a successful online retail business.
• Excellent content writing and copyrighting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of Social Media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)
• An interest in and basic knowledge of photography and videography
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) plus the full Adobe suite

• Permanent Full time contract
• 28 days holiday a year, increasing to 33 days after 5 years service (including 8 Bank Holidays)
