Solutions Architect

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + Excellent Benefits We're working exclusively with an established, purpose-led organisation seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of a large Dynamics environment, working on high-profile digital transformation projects that have real business impact. What you'll be doing: * Design scalable, secure and user-focused Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions. * Lead solution architecture across Sales, Customer Service and Marketing modules. * Drive Power Platform adoption, including Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate. * Design API-led integrations using Azure technologies. * Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver best-in-class CRM solutions. * Champion architecture best practice, governance and continuous improvement. What we're looking for: * Proven experience

as a Solution Architect working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. * Strong knowledge of the Power Platform and Dataverse. * Experience designing Azure integration solutions (Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs). * Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD and Dynamics ALM. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
