Job description
As a CMS Webdesigner, you'll help customers create websites that not only look great but also perform exceptionally well. You'll act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers in getting the most from our CMS and helping them optimise their online presence.
No two days are the same. One day, you'll be helping a new holiday park launch its website. The next, you'll be working directly with HTML and CSS to improve functionality, implement design changes or optimise performance.
You'll combine technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset, ensuring websites are easy to manage, technically sound and designed to drive more bookings. Along the way, you'll work closely with colleagues across the business and contribute ideas that help improve both our platform and the customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting customers with website-related questions and CMS functionality.
- Advising customers on how to improve their websites and online performance.
- Creating, updating and optimising websites within the Booking Experts CMS.
- Implementing design changes and website improvements using HTML and CSS.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and identifying effective solutions.
- Helping customers launch new websites and make the most of platform features.
- Reviewing website performance and recommending improvements.
- Sharing customer feedback and improvement ideas with internal teams.
- Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve our CMS and website offering.
- Ensuring websites are visually appealing, technically reliable and focused on conversion.
Requirements
Are you passionate about websites, user experience and helping customers succeed online? Do you enjoy combining technical problem-solving with creative thinking? If so, we'd love to hear from you., We're looking for someone who enjoys both the technical and creative side of websites., * A higher education qualification or equivalent level of thinking and working.
- At least 2 years of experience in web support, website management or front-end development.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- An eye for modern web design and user experience.
- The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- A customer-focused approach and genuine interest in helping businesses succeed online.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
