Application Support Engineer / Analyst - Buckinghamshire - To £35,000

This Market Leading Software Solutions Provider seek a High Calibre / Ambitious Application Support Engineer / Analyst to join their Friendly Team in Buckinghamshire (just outside Aylesbury - so having transport will be useful)

You will be joining at an exciting time as the Company grows - expanding an already impressive Client list.

You will be working in a small - close knit and friendly Support team (who enjoy a laugh and a relaxed atmosphere)

THE ROLE

Obviously some technical knowledge is required - so previous experience within Application Support is needed - working with / supporting Customers

Most of your Role will be Remote Support - Telephone / Email etc

Report Writing and Modifications

Data Manipulation and updating - using SQL

Have some knowledge of SQL, IIS and Crystal Reports

Managing the implementations

Consistent training is given - you won't get bored!

• Application support: 1 year (preferred)
• SQL: 1 year (preferred)
• Report writing: 1 year (preferred)
• Crystal Reports: 1 year (preferred)
