  • Developing and maintaining Python applications and services
  • Building and integrating APIs and microservices architectures
  • Contributing to CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation
  • Working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on software design and implementation
  • Supporting data pipeline development and ensuring data quality
  • Writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews
  • Troubleshooting and optimising application performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python development
  • Experience with APIs and microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
  • Knowledge of containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases
  • Solid grasp of distributed systems concepts
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Nice-to-have

  • AWS Certified Developer - Associate or equivalent certification
  • PCAP - Certified Associate in Python or PCPP - Certified Professional in Python
  • Experience with .NET, ASP.NET, React, Java or Spring Boot
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
  • Knowledge of Linux and Bash scripting
  • Experience with data quality frameworks and ETL processes
