Job description

As a Clinical CRM Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our Data Science and Analytics team, utilising patient data and Boots Advantage Card insights to create actionable marketing strategies. Your analytical skills will help shape our personalised marketing communications, ensuring we deliver the right message to the right audience.

You will:

  • Analyse data from multiple sources to identify target audiences for marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to explain the drivers behind campaign selections and performance.
  • Present your findings in a clear and engaging manner, helping to shape future strategies that enhance our customer experience.

Requirements

We seek a numerate and logical thinker with a passion for personalisation and insight. You should have:

  • Relevant experience or a degree with quantitative elements (e.g., Maths, Physics, Psychology).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data stories effectively.
  • A collaborative spirit and a keen eye for detail.

If you have experience with coding languages like SQL, R, or Python, or familiarity with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI, that would be a bonus!, * Proficiency in a coding language such as SQL, R, Python etc.

  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI.
  • Experience of targeting, optimisation or measurement of Marketing activity, using Unica, Adobe campaign or similar.
  • Expertise in working with large structured and unstructured data sets.
