Job description

They're now looking for a Customer Platform Architect to work directly with customers, helping them deploy, optimise and support the platform within complex on-premise and hybrid cloud environments.

This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on engineering with customer engagement, giving you ownership from initial deployment through to long-term customer success.

The Role Working alongside Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams, you'll help customers design deployment architectures, troubleshoot platform issues and ensure their environments are secure, reliable and performing at their best. This isn't a role where you'll simply produce designs and hand them over. You'll be expected to get hands-on, diagnosing issues, supporting deployments and working directly with customers to solve technical challenges., * Guide customers through the deployment of Kubernetes-based platforms.

  • Advise on infrastructure design, sizing and best practice.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform and infrastructure issues.
  • Carry out platform health checks and recommend improvements.
  • Support technical pre-sales discussions where required.
  • Produce clear technical documentation.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve the customer experience., You'll enjoy combining technical problem solving with customer interaction. You're comfortable advising customers on best practice, but equally happy getting hands-on to investigate issues and see problems through to resolution. You'll likely have worked within a software vendor, consultancy, MSP, cloud-native business or another fast-moving technology environment where ownership and autonomy are part of everyday life.

Why Join?

  • Work with modern cloud-native technologies and Kubernetes.
  • Join a rapidly growing Cyber Security company trusted worldwide.
  • Own customer deployments from design through to production.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Fully remote role with genuine technical ownership.

Requirements

You'll ideally have experience with:

  • Kubernetes or similar container orchestration platforms.
  • Docker, Helm or other container technologies.
  • Linux, networking, virtualisation and enterprise infrastructure.
  • On-premise and hybrid cloud environments.
  • AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Troubleshooting complex production environments.
  • Working directly with customers in a technical role.

Experience with enterprise Kubernetes platforms such as OpenShift, Rancher, Tanzu or similar would be beneficial, as would experience within Cyber Security, SaaS or other fast-paced technology businesses.

About the company

We're partnered with a fast-growing Cyber Security company whose cloud-native platform is helping organisations around the world strengthen their security posture and stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.
