regarding hardware and software issues. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and IT equipment. Help to maintain IT documentation, including asset registers, user guides, and support records to ensure accurate tracking of IT resources. Assist senior IT staff with projects and testing new technologies as needed. Applicants must have the following: A degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent qualification One years experience of working as an IT Desk-Top Support Engineer in a demanding environment Knowledge of GDPR Experience of: Office 2016 including installation Deployment and maintenance of desktop devices (PCs, laptops, printers, phones etc.) Good customer service, interpersonal & organisational skills Ability to work as part of a team Self-starter Good use of initiative & problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently While not essential, experience of the following
