Mid-Level C# Developer, London

You'll develop C#/.NET applications, build modern Blazor interfaces, and work extensively with SQL Server across large, data-rich banking systems. Alongside core development, you'll support the engineering team in identifying where AI can improve automation, customer experience, fraud detection, analytics and operational efficiency.

This is a growth role with strong mentorship, technical ownership and exposure to AI integration projects., * Develop and maintain C#/.NET applications used across retail banking operations.

• Build responsive, modern front-end interfaces using Blazor.
• Work with SQL Server to design schemas, write performant queries and optimise data access.
• Support the introduction of AI-powered features into existing products and workflows.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product teams and data specialists to define AI use cases.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, CI/CD and secure development practices.
• Help modernise legacy components and migrate systems toward cloud-ready architectures.

• Strong experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
