Tester III - Software Testing

• A strong Quality Engineering Lead with expertise in manual and automation testing across web, mobile, and API platforms.
• Skilled in Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and REST API testing with deep Agile experience.
• Ability to drive quality engineering practices, lead testing efforts, and leverage AI-assisted testing solutions.

The Opportunity:

• Design, develop, and own end-to-end manual and automated testing for assigned releases
• Create and maintain automation suites using Selenium (Java), Playwright (Typescript), Appium, and REST API frameworks
• Lead and coordinate testing activities, ensuring quality gates and exit criteria are met
• Drive in-sprint Agile testing and participate in planning, estimation, and risk discussions
• Validate user stories during sprint cycles to ensure early defect detection
• Contribute to automation stability, optimization, and best practices
• Leverage AI-assisted testing solutions for test generation, smart selection, and failure insights
• Define and optimize functional, regression, and E2E testing strategies using shared frameworks and cloud platforms
• Mentor junior engineers, review automation code, and drive QE standards and continuous improvement

• At least 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation
• Strong hands-on experience in Selenium / Playwright and REST API automation
• 3 5 years of experience in E2E testing across Mobile, Web, and integrated systems
• Strong programming skills in Java / C# / Python / Typescript (2 4 years)
• Experience with mobile automation using Appium (2 3 years)
• Knowledge of customer journey flows, middleware, and backend integrations
• Experience in validation flows such as authentication, payments, and order lifecycle
• Strong SQL knowledge (2 3 years) for transaction and data validation
• Hands-on experience with GitLab, CI/CD tools (2 3 years) Experience with Test Grid / Tosca automation (2 3 years)
• Strong experience in manual testing (2 4 years)
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, qTest (2 4 years)
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
